Job Summary:

Responsible for :

PSS Review
Preparation of Production Micro Planning
Preparation of BOM based on Production Planning
Preparation of Material Indent, Job Work Order
Follow up on Material Indent, Job Work Order
Shop Floor daily planning, manpower resource monitoring, cleanliness & 5S monitoring
Support on Pre-FAT, FAT & SAT
Co-ordination with vendors for different activities related to manufacturing
Logistic Part of Equipment dispatch which include approval of Packing box sizes, Packing List, Production Report
Supervising domestic and International project sites for Mechanical Installation, system handover to customer & piping requirement as per the project requirement.
QMS activities as per the Department and Company requirement
