Role & responsibilities

Candidate should be able to

1.Read and Write proper Architectural Language

2.Prepare Layout Plans based on the Project

3.Supervise the Project from Start to Finish

4.Good Communication Skills

5.Handle Office Staff and Clients in every way

6.Ensure Safety of Workplace and Sites

7.Visit Sites regularly and ensure efficient handling of all Resources with Timely Feedbacks

8.Understand Profit and Loss in every Project

9.Understand all Materials being used in the Project

10.Officiate in place of the Boss whenever required

11.Handle the Project Independantly including Clients,Contractors Site etc
