Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Executive Officer, located in New Delhi. The CEO will be responsible for leading the company’s overall strategic direction, managing operations, and ensuring the successful implementation of business plans. Key tasks include overseeing financial performance, driving sales and revenue growth, and developing and executing strategic initiatives. The CEO will also work closely with the board of directors and other senior executives to ensure alignment with company goals.

Qualifications

Finance and Operations Management skills
Experience in Business Planning and Strategic Planning
Proven Sales and revenue growth abilities
Strong leadership and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Experience in the investment or technology sectors is a plus
MBA or advanced degree in Business, Finance, or related field
