Software Engineering Manager

Your Responsibilities

Lead and manage a dynamic team of 10+ full-stack developers working with TypeScript, React, and SQL.
Develop, test, and maintain existing and new features driven by data modeling, customer analytics, and machine learning for the Slyce platform.
Work closely with senior leadership to define the technical strategy and roadmap.
Define comprehensive technical requirements and make key architecture decisions.
Mentor team members and provide regular, constructive feedback.
Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance team culture.
Resolve internal conflicts diplomatically to maintain a positive work environment.
Ensure code quality, adherence to best practices, and scalable system design.
Your Profile

10+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience with React and TypeScript.
3+ years of engineering management experience leading teams of 5+ developers.
Strong expertise in TypeScript, React, SQL, and BigQuery.
Proven track record of scaling engineering teams and processes.
Experience in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
