Title: Fullstack Developer (React + Backend)

Experience: Around 4 years

Location: Remote – India

Shift: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM IST (6:30 AM – 3:30 PM EST)

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Fullstack Developer with around 4 years of hands-on experience in building scalable web applications using React (frontend) and Python (backend).

The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP), PostgreSQL, Firestore, and OpenAI API integration (LLMs, embeddings). You’ll work closely with global teams to build, deploy, and optimize production-grade systems.

Key Responsibilities

Develop high-quality, maintainable React frontends with reusable components and responsive UI.
Build and maintain Python backend services (FastAPI, Flask, or Django).
Integrate OpenAI APIs for LLMs, embeddings, and AI-powered functionalities.
Design and manage databases — PostgreSQL (RDBMS) and Firestore (NoSQL).
Work on Google Cloud deployments — Cloud Run, App Engine, Cloud SQL, IAM.
Implement RESTful APIs, handle authentication, and ensure performance optimization.
Collaborate with designers, product managers, and QA to deliver quality features.
Follow Agile development practices, participate in code reviews, and write clean, tested code.
Core Skills Required

3–5 years of fullstack development experience (React + Python).
Proficiency with React (hooks, component architecture, state management).
Solid experience with Python backend frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, or Django).
Strong database experience — PostgreSQL & Firestore.
Hands-on with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.
Experience integrating OpenAI APIs (LLMs, embeddings).
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Nice-to-Have

Familiarity with Docker / Kubernetes.
Experience with semantic search / RAG pipelines.
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and GitHub Actions.
Understanding of API security, rate limiting, and tokenization.
