Our Client is leading Industrial safety Fall Protection Systems Manufacturing company and their office is located at Corporate Road, Makarba Ahmedabad.

Position : HR Executive
Experience : 0 to 2 years
Salary : 10000 to 22000 depends on interview performance and experience
Office Time: 09:30 to 07:00 ( 6 days a week, Sunday off)
Notice Period Acceptable: 15 days
Key Responsibilities :
1. Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
2. Organize and manage onboarding, orientation, and offboarding procedures.
3. Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
4. Generate HR reports and assist in audits or legal compliance reviews.
Mandatory Skills/Technologies:
1. Support employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
2. Maintain employee records (attendance, leaves, contracts) in compliance with labor regulations.
3. Support compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Preferred Skills/Technologies:
Educational Qualification Required , MBA, B.com, B.A
