Role & responsibilities
Required Knowledge:
Training & Development Planning & Co-ordination
Identify Training Needs
Develop Training Programs
Coordinate Training Sessions
Monitor and Evaluate Training Effectiveness:
Maintain Training Records
Collaborate with Department Heads
Training & Development MIS reports
Recruitment Co-ordination
Interview Coordination
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires
Maintain Recruitment Records
Co-ordination with hiring managers and department heads
Apprentice recruitment Co-ordination
Identify the need for apprentices and define the scope of the apprenticeship program
Analysis to understand the skills and qualifications required for apprentice roles.
Utilize various channels to source apprentice
Handel various welfare Scheme
Maintain HR MIS for T&D, Recruitment and Apprentice
Co-ordinate for Employees Satisfaction & Engagement Surveys
