HR Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager located near Ahmedabad. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. They will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives. Day-to-day tasks include managing recruitment and selection processes, developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives, bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.

Qualifications

Experience in recruitment, selection processes, and HR management
Strong knowledge of HR systems and databases, as well as HR metrics and analytics
Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; Master’s degree is a plus
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Proven experience as an HR manager or other HR executive
