Shift Timings: Night shift

Role- U.S. Recruiter

Experience- Freshers with Healthcare/Bio/Pharma/Engineering/Electrical/Mechanical.
or prior experience in US Recruitment.
Note: Fluent English communication is a must.

Working days: Monday to Friday (Saturday and Sunday fixed off)

Job Responsibilities: US Recruitment

End to End-to-end life Cycle of recruitment from requirement to onboarding of candidates.
Sourcing the candidate from various sources like Portals, databases, references, etc.
Evaluation of the candidate for the requirements based on Skills, functionality, domain, experience, and qualifications
Build & sustain the network of potential candidates.
Negotiate compensation, extend offers, facilitate the placement of candidates, and solicit referrals of other qualified consultants.
Submit qualified candidates to open job requirements
Meet or exceed weekly goal expectations
Would be responsible for the effective usage of the Internal Systems/Database for recording different stages in the recruitment process.
