Role Overview:
The Head of HR will lead the HR function at Wattmonk Technology, developing and executing strategies that support business growth, talent management, and employee engagement. This role requires a proactive HR leader with strong experience in global HR practices, employee relations, compliance, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership: Define and drive HR strategies that align with business goals while fostering a positive company culture.
Talent Management & Acquisition: Collaborate with hiring managers to identify workforce needs and ensure a strong pipeline of top-tier talent.
Employee Engagement & Well-being: Develop programs and initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, productivity, and retention.
Organizational Growth & Development: Implement career development programs, leadership training, and mentorship initiatives to cultivate talent within the organization.
Regulatory Compliance & HR Policies: Stay updated on employment laws and industry best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate legal risks.
Compensation & Benefits Management: Design competitive remuneration packages and benefits to attract and retain top talent.
Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DEI): Advocate for inclusive hiring practices and foster a workplace culture that values diversity.
HR Process Optimization: Enhance HR operations by implementing efficient HRIS and data-driven decision-making.
Performance & Change Management: Drive performance management processes and support organizational change initiatives to improve business outcomes.
Qualifications & Experience:
10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven company.
Strong expertise in HR strategy, talent management, employee relations, and compliance.
Proven ability to develop and implement HR policies and programs at a global level.
Experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment with a focus on scaling HR processes.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations across different geographies.
Demonstrated ability in conflict resolution, negotiation, and change management.
Proficiency in HRIS, ATS, and employee engagement platforms.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are a plus.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 – ₹1,500,000.00 per year
