Role: Senior Software Developer

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
5–8 years of professional experience in software development, with the ability to discuss in depth both design and your significant contributions to projects.
Strong coding skills in modern programming languages such as Java, Spring Boot, etc.
Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals including:
Data structures
Algorithms
Distributed system design
Databases
Design patterns
Hands-on experience with REST APIs, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, and Kafka.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Warehouse Management Systems.
Expertise in distributed system performance analysis and optimization.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively engage with colleagues across teams.
Ability to clearly articulate technical challenges and propose effective solutions.
