Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to identify, engage, and hire A-Players while optimizing the hiring process for speed and quality. You will work closely with team leads to source top talent, enhance candidate experience, and build a strong talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end casting: assignments, auditions, screening calls, and scheduling shoots for 3–5 cast hires per month.
Optimize time-to-cast to 15 days per role, ensuring efficient feedback loops and clear communication.
Deliver a strong casting experience to maintain a 95% shoot participation rate.
Source and screen 100-150 profiles per role using LinkedIn Recruiter, and proactive outreach.
Manage end-to-end hiring: assignments, screening calls, and scheduling interviews for 3-5 monthly hires.
Optimize time-to-hire to 15 days per role, ensuring quick assignment feedback and smooth processes.
Enhance candidate experience to achieve a 95% offer acceptance rate.
Publish 2 engaging LinkedIn posts weekly to drive talent attraction with an engagement rate of 1.5% or more.
Build and maintain a pipeline of 30 pre-screened candidates for priority roles.

Experience: 1-3 years in recruitment, preferably in startups or fast-paced environments.
Skills: Strong communication, LinkedIn mastery, and ability to identify A-Players efficiently.
