General responsibilities of the position :

Act as a business analyst to lead P&WC Leasing transformation projects. As a key member of the organization, the business analyst will be accountable for every aspect of the projects from the planning stage to completion. The responsibilities will include the coordination of meetings and demonstrate leadership to ensure stakeholders engagement to complete their assigned tasks.

Level of Responsibility:

A leader in the global aerospace industry, Pratt & Whitney Canada Leasing, has the largest pool of the P&W rental engines and APUs available in the industry. This pool of assets is deployed strategically throughout the global network to ensure efficient and reliable on time delivery to our customers anywhere in the world. We provide rentals as well as used and new engines sales solutions to the operators in all 5 major market segments: Business Aviation, General Aviation, Regional Airlines, Helicopters operators and Auxiliary Power Units.

This pool of assets serves as the largest inventory of used engine sales and exchanges to the customers. Furthermore, P&WCL is the designated organization to provide new engines spares and exchanges through its popular Fleet Enhancement Program (FEP) as well as freshly overhaul engines sales through the SMART program.

What You Will Do :

Lead a Project such as;
Non-Compliance Core Governance Management
Pool Optimisation asset management
Contract Compliance – Demurage management , supplier performance
Support Business Development initiatives
Coordinate all P&WCL transformation projects with P&WCL Management for key value streams : Sales, Rental, Planning & Maintenance and Logistics
Support in operational and administrative activities:
financial audits, business analytics, optimizing work tools, participating in IT development, coordinating information between different departments, etc.
Manage process mapping to support in P&WC Leasing continuous improvement activities related to customer experience & operational efficiencies
Create and give presentations to internal customers & senior management
Assist Managers with ad-hoc requirements (exec off-sites, strategy creation, etc…)

Qualifications Must Have:

Bachelor degree with 5 to 8 years experience
Master degree with 5 to 8 years experience
Strong English written , verbal communication & Presentation skills
Experience in Project Management + Business Analytics
Able to work under uncertain environments
