Job Description

We are seeking an experienced React JS Developer with strong expertise in front-end technologies to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building high-quality, scalable, and performance-driven web applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain web applications using React.js, Redux, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Build reusable UI components and libraries for future use.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
Ensure applications are optimized for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
Work in an Agile environment, actively participating in sprint planning, code reviews, and daily stand-ups.
Support production issues, meeting deadlines, and stepping up during critical project phases.

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of experience in front-end/UI development.
Strong expertise in React.js, Redux, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
Hands-on experience with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
Experience with Node.js (preferred).
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps tools such as Git and Jenkins.
Strong understanding of modern web architectures and asynchronous service-to-service communication.
Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Good To Have

Experience working on scalable, highly available, fault-tolerant systems.
Exposure to AWS cloud services.
Knowledge of Test-Driven Development (TDD) and automated testing frameworks.

Mandatory Skills : React.js (Redux), JavaScript, HTML, CSS

Good to Have : Node.js, AWS, TDD
