Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager based in Orchha. The Human Resources Manager will oversee HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Daily tasks include developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits and payroll, conducting training and development programs, and handling conflict resolution. The role requires strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills to ensure a positive work environment and alignment with the company’s objectives.
Qualifications
Experience in Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Performance Management
Knowledge of Compliance with Labor Laws and HR Policies
Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
Ability to manage Employee Benefits, Payroll, and Conflict Resolution
Experience in Training and Development Programs
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR) are a plus
Experience of hotel industry is mandatory .
