Human Resources Manager
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role involves managing the recruitment cycle, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, compliance, and fostering a positive work culture that aligns with our organization’s goals.
Responsibilities
Recruitment & Staffing
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and create workforce plans.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution.
Organize employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and retention initiatives.
Performance Management
Design and implement appraisal systems, KPIs, and performance improvement plans.
Support managers in setting clear goals and providing constructive feedback.
Policy & Compliance
Develop, update, and enforce HR policies in compliance with labor laws.
Ensure proper documentation and adherence to statutory requirements (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).
Training & Development
Identify skill gaps and coordinate learning and development programs.
Support career growth and succession planning initiatives.
HR Operations
Oversee payroll processing, leave management, and attendance systems.
Maintain accurate employee records and HRMIS data.
Qualification & Skills required
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
3-6 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Proficient in MS Office and HR software (HRMS/ATS).
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
