Analyst -Mashreq -ONSITE

Brief on the ACE programme is below:

The Advanced Certificate of Excellence (ACE) is a comprehensive programme designed to create professional bankers ready to progress into middle and senior management positions in the future by taking them through an accelerated career long journey that involves:

A learning and development programme with a focus on a multitude of banking pathways
Placement in multiple front office and functional domains
International assignments
Leadership sponsorship

The training will be delivered by a mix of internal and external subject matter experts (external instructors and internal subject matter experts) and will also include senior guest speakers including Group Heads, so the participants have a 360 perspective of Mashreq business and the capital markets dynamics. The main 6 pillars of the programme are:

Financial accounting
Credit skills
Financial products
Compliance
Relationship Management
Professional soft skills

ACE Program Requirements:

Bachelors / master Graduate – 2024 Onwards
Minimum GPA: 3.4 and above or 8.40 CGPA and above (We will be only calling candidates meet these criteria.)
Majors: BBA, B.com, MBA finance only
Finance / Accounting
Business Management
Micro / Macro Economics

Experience: 0-2 years
The graduates are to sign an indemnity for a three-year lock-in after successfully passing and completing the program.
The program will start in January 6th 2026 -Joining date.
Work Location will be Mumbai BKC – Bank Branch office – 5 days working from office

Please note that the graduates will travel to the UAE for the beginning of the training course (possibly 1 week only) and then at the end of the course for their assessments.
