Role: C++ Architect

Location: Bangalore

We are seeking an experienced and strategic C++ Architect to lead the design and development of robust, scalable, and high-performance applications. The role involves working with VoIP, SIP, RTP, XMPP, and emergency services protocols to ensure the seamless operation of next-generation call-handling solutions. He will work closely with developers, DevOps, business stakeholders, and product managers to architect solutions that meet enterprise-level performance, security, and maintainability standards. Responsibilities:

10+ years of experience in C++ development for telecom & Public Safety Domain.
Design and define high-level software architecture using Java-based technologies.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions and architecture diagrams.
Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD pipeline integration and cloud deployments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Guide and mentor development teams to implement architectural patterns (e.g., microservices, event-driven).
Document technical architectures and systems.
Develop and integrate C++ -based telecom applications
Lead the development of complex C++ modules and components related to network protocols, call processing, and data communications.
Understanding of emergency call routing, and GIS.
Extensive experience with the Standard Template Library (STL)
Proficiency in multi-threading and concurrency.
Experience with performance tuning and optimization
Strong understanding of memory management and low-level programming
Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, SIP, etc.).
Experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS) and embedded systems
