Enterprise Architect Persistent

Technical Architect with expert knowledge in Python (Django, Flask) and React frontend technologies, combined with strong expertise in the Travel and Hospitality industry. The candidate will design and oversee the development of scalable, performant, and user-friendly web applications that address complex business problems in travel. Experience in standards such as OTA , GDS, NDC is preferred.

What You’ll Do:

Architect and lead the development of full-stack web applications using Python (Django/Flask) backend and React frontend.
Design scalable, maintainable, and secure system architectures tailored for the travel and hospitality industry.
Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to gather domain requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Lead integration efforts with external travel systems.
Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews to development teams.
Drive best practices for frontend and backend development, API design, and system architecture.
Oversee cloud deployments and CI/CD pipelines to ensure robust delivery and scalability.
Stay updated with the latest trends in Travel Tech and frontend/backend frameworks.

Expertise You’ll Bring:

15+ years experience in software development with strong expertise in Python, particularly Django and Flask frameworks.
Proven experience designing and implementing architectures for large-scale web applications.
Strong proficiency in React.js for building interactive, high-performance frontends.
Deep understanding of Travel and Hospitality domain including:
Booking engines and workflows
Hotel inventory and rate management
OTA integrations and distribution channels
Loyalty programs and dynamic pricing
Experience integrating third-party APIs.
Strong backend skills: RESTful API design, database modeling (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle)
Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience in agile development and DevOps practices.
Solid understanding of software design patterns, microservices, event-driven architectures.
Excellent communication, leadership, and documentation skills.
