Fixotec Pipe Supports Pvt. Ltd. -Human Resources Executive Thane, Maharashtra, India – FULL TIME
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage CTC breakups for new joiners and existing employees.
Maintain and monitor attendance records on a daily and monthly basis.
Manage payroll processing using HR software (experience with any payroll/HR software is an advantage).
Develop and implement KRAs (Key Result Areas) and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for employees.
Manage the increment process in line with company policies.
Handle recruitment end-to-end (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding).
Ability to hire and exit employees as per organizational requirements.
Assist in organizing and executing half-yearly and annual company events/meetings.
Be active on LinkedIn for talent acquisition, employer branding, and networking.
Implement and ensure compliance with HR policies.
Handle employee grievances with professionalism and confidentiality.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in HR operations handling a headcount of more than 50 people
Strong knowledge of payroll management and CTC structuring.
Hands-on experience in HRMS/Payroll software.
Good understanding of KRA/KPI setting, increment processes, and employee lifecycle management.
Proficiency in MS Excel will be an added advantage.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
