Gen AI Technical Architect Location: Offshore, Preferably Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad Job Description:The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and launching enterprise applications using Generative AI technologies
This role requires hands-on development, team management, technical reviews, and accurate technical estimations
Key Responsibilities:Enterprise Application Development:Design, develop, and deploy enterprise applications using Azure Open AI
Ensure the applications are scalable, robust, and secure
Team Management:Lead and manage a team of developers and engineers at the offshore location
Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to team members to ensure high performance and professional growth
Technical Reviews:Conduct regular technical reviews of the teams work to ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards
Provide constructive feedback and implement improvements where necessary
Technical Estimations:Work on technical estimations of the new opportunities, including time, resources, and cost
Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure accurate and realistic project planning
Collaboration and Communication:Collaborate with onshore teams and stakeholders to align on project goals and deliverables
Maintain clear and effective communication channels to ensure smooth project execution
Innovation and Improvement:Stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI and related technologies
Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, tools, and methodologies
Qualifications:

Experience:Minimum of 9 years of experience as an Architect, Software developer
At least 2-3 years of experience in AI / ML , Generative AI technologies and enterprise application development
Technical Skills:Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
Expertise in developing high-performing RAG-based chatbots and multi-modal AI agents, fine-tuning LLMsStrong understanding of AI/ML frameworks and librariesExperience with AzureKnowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles
Leadership Skills:Proven experience in leading and managing technical teams
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Communication Skills:Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Other Qualifications:Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and computer vision
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools
Certification in AI/ML or related field
