Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Recruiter at IOWeb3 Technologies located in Pune. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating the hiring process, and collaborating with department managers to identify staffing needs. Additional tasks include maintaining candidate databases, creating job descriptions, and managing recruitment channels. The HR Recruiter will also ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with sourcing techniques including social media and professional networks
Knowledge of recruitment process, procedures, and best practices
Ability to conduct interviews and assess candidates effectively
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proficiency in recruitment software and tools
Interest in technology and experience in the tech industry is a plus
