Manager Finance Accounts Receivable – Leading QSR Brand

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Manager Finance (Accounts Receivable) to join a leading Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) business based in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in AR processes, system reconciliations, IT collaboration, and stakeholder management.

Roles and Responsibilities

Order-to-Cash Reconciliation
Manage and oversee daily reconciliation between aggregators, POS, and order management systems. Work with an outsourced team to ensure data accuracy and timely closures.
Receivable Management
Drive timely collections from food aggregators and ensure accurate monthly reconciliations. Monitor cash/card settlements from stores and digital platform transactions.
Aggregator Coordination
Act as the point of contact for delivery partners (e.g., Swiggy, Zomato, etc.) to resolve open items, validate reconciliations, and maintain smooth financial operations.
Refund Process Oversight
Review and approve customer refunds for in-store and app-based transactions. Streamline the process with vendors and internal teams.
Automation & Process Improvement
Collaborate with the IT team to automate reconciliation processes and address potential revenue leakages. Strengthen internal controls and process efficiency.
System Reconciliation (POS vs OMS)
Oversee real-time reconciliation between POS and the order management system. Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve discrepancies quickly.
Team Management
Supervise a third-party finance processing team, ensuring timely execution and providing operational support.
Audit & Compliance
Handle external audit requirements by providing accurate data and resolving any audit-related queries.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, operations, and IT teams to align data flows and strengthen reconciliation processes.
Candidate Requirements

8 – 10 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, preferably in the Retail/QSR or FMCG domain
Strong working knowledge of SAP
Proven experience in managing outsourced finance teams and external partners
Hands-on approach to system/process automation and revenue assurance
Excellent communication and coordination skills
