Job Opening: Receptionist (1 Position)
Location: Vasai East, Mumbai
Industry: 3+ years of Real estate sales office experience
Experience Required: 2 to 5 Years
Qualification: Min Graduate/ Bachelor level studies in English medium
Functional Area: Administration / Sales Office
CTC: 3L per annum

Position Objective:

We are seeking a professional and personable Receptionist to be the face of our real estate office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent front desk service, supporting administrative operations, and contributing to a smooth and welcoming office environment. You’ll work closely with real estate agents, HNI clients, property managers, and support staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Client & Visitor Management:
Welcome clients and visitors with professionalism and direct them appropriately.

Phone & Communication Handling:
Answer, screen, and route calls efficiently. Take messages and prioritize as needed.

Scheduling & Calendar Coordination:
Manage appointments, schedule meetings, and help organize team calendars.

Administrative Support:
Assist in application processing, document management, filing, and ordering office supplies.

Office Management and Maintenance:
Ensure the reception and office areas remain maintained for excellent client experience.

Real Estate Knowledge and documentation:
Familiarity with property listings, sales, and rental procedures and documentation is advantageous.

Additional Responsibilities:

Support marketing and business development activities.
Handle mail, emails, and general correspondence.
Assist in database management and data entry.
Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written communication.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Presentable, polite, and customer-focused demeanor.
Capable of multitasking and handling priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard office tools.
3+ years of Real estate sales office experience
