Experience: Min. 2 years experience

Good knowledge and work experience on supporting
End User Support (Desktop / Laptop)
Windows 10/11 Troubleshooting
Email Client configuration
Antivirus / EndPoint Protection
Standard End User Apps
Proxy Servers, Wi-Fi Router and wireless controllers WAN ~ Uplinks
Office 365 and Users Group management, 0365 Apps installation and configuration such as Outlook, OneDrive, Teams etc
Active Directory User Group management
Maintaining Office Network and Devices such as LAN, WAN, Switches, Desktop / Laptop connectivity, Conferencing devices, Firewall Escalation
Coordination with backend remote support team for escalations
SOP based processes
