Technical Lead

Role Overview

We are looking for a Technical Lead with strong experience in backend development using Go, Rust, TypeScript, and Python (Django). You should also be comfortable working with front-end technologies like React JS. In this role, youll guide a small engineering team, help design and build backend systems and services, and work closely with other teams to deliver reliable and scalable software. You should be confident in leading technical discussions and helping the team stay focused on both technical and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and build microservices and RESTful APIs
Lead backend development using Go, Rust, and Python (Django)
Help maintain the front end using React JS, hosted on Nginx
Work with AWS services like S3, RDS, and manage cloud setup
Keep systems secure using Hashicorp Vault and FusionAuth
Handle data flows and messaging with tools like Kafka, Redis, and GraphQL
Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues using tools like Datadog, Grafana
Support CI/CD and automation efforts
Review code, guide team members, and keep documentation up to date
Work closely with front-end, DevOps, and product teams
Help the team plan and build good-quality software
Be hands-on when needed and support others with technical decisions
Encourage clean, maintainable code and best practices
Keep the team aligned with both technical and business goals

Nice to Have

Experience with Hashicorp Vault, FusionAuth
Monitoring tools like Datadog, Grafana
Knowledge of Kafka, GraphQL
Experience with browser testing, CI/CD workflows
Familiarity with Cypress or other UI testing tools
Comfortable building UI components from scratch or without detailed designs
