Technozis is looking for a Senior Developer – CSM + Custom Apps to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in ServiceNow CSM (Customer Service Management) along with strong experience in Custom Application development. You’ll work on building scalable solutions, enhancing platform capabilities, and driving innovation for global clients.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow CSM solutions.
Build and customize applications, workflows, and integrations on the ServiceNow platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Ensure best practices, code quality, and platform governance are followed.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

Required Skills & Experience

5–10 years of professional experience with ServiceNow development.
Strong knowledge of CSM modules and Custom Applications.
Expertise in JavaScript, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs.
Hands-on experience with UI/UX customization and Service Portal development.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
