Sidhi Marwadi is a fast-growing traditional food brand rooted in purity, trust, and women empowerment. From cold-pressed oils and spices to dry vegetables and upcoming products like achaar, papad, and namkeen, we are reviving Indian food heritage with a modern entrepreneurial approach. We operate through a pan-India franchise model and are expanding rapidly.
To support this national growth, we are hiring a dynamic and capable HR & Operations Executive who will play a central role in managing people, processes, and performance across the organization.
Role Overview
This is not a typical HR desk job. You’ll be the backbone of day-to-day operations, handling everything from recruitment to performance monitoring, franchise coordination to staff management, and reporting directly to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities HR Management
Recruitment & manpower planning for departments (sales, franchise, logistics, marketing, production)
Drafting JDs, scheduling & conducting interviews, onboarding & induction
Maintaining employee records, contracts, and performance reports
Handling payroll, leaves, appraisals, and exit formalities
Conflict resolution, team motivation, and creating a positive work culture
General Operations & Administration
Oversee daily operations of franchise support, marketing, logistics, and stock movement
Coordinate between various departments and ensure smooth execution of tasks
Handle vendor & supplier coordination, purchase orders, and stock tracking
Maintain checklists, SOPs, internal audits, and operational reports
Franchise & Sales Support
Monitor franchise and sales team activities, resolve escalations
Maintain communication logs and ensure execution of field strategies
Reporting & Strategy
Create and present weekly performance reports for CEO
Help in preparing operational plans for growth, scaling, and staff development
Take ownership of crisis handling, productivity planning, and internal coordination
Technical & System Management
Must be hands-on with:
MS Excel / Google Sheets
Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Forms)
Attendance tools, HRMS (optional but preferred)
Manage online drives, folders, and digital records of the company
Ideal Candidate Profile
Education: Graduate/Post-Graduate in HR / Management / Business Admin
Experience: 2–4 years in HR + Operations / Admin / General Management
Skills:
Excellent communication in Hindi & English
Leadership & time management
Strong understanding of people dynamics
Quick learner with a “get-things-done” attitude
Bonus: Experience in startups, FMCG, or franchise-based business
