We are looking for an experienced Data Entry cum Transport Incharge to oversee and manage our fleet of vehicles, ensuring efficient operations with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities For Data Entry:

Data Entry: Accurately input and update data from various sources (e.g., paper documents, audio files, surveys) into databases, systems, or spreadsheets.
Data Management: Maintain and organize data to ensure its accuracy and consistency.
Database Maintenance: Support in the management of databases, including organizing, archiving, and backing up data.
Communication: Collaborate with team members or departments to ensure smooth data processing and resolve any issues.
Skills Required: Proficiency in software like Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and database management systems.

Key Responsibilities For Transport incharge:

Plan and organize daily transportation schedules based on operational needs.
Oversee the maintenance, repair, and operation of company-owned vehicles.
Manage and supervise drivers and other transportation staff
Maintain accurate records and reports.
Ensure that vehicles are well-maintained, insured, and equipped with necessary permits and licenses.
Requirements:

Min 3+ years of experience in transport/logistics management.
Knowledge of fleet management, road safety, and regulatory compliance.
Location: Erode & Muthur
Preferred: Candidates with experience in Construction Industry Vehicle Fleet Maintanence.
