Job Title: Release Manager
Location: Trivandrum
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Release Manager to oversee and manage releases and to harmonize the release process across all platforms offered by our company, including notebooks, virtual clients, and Mobile devices. The Release Manager will be responsible for ensuring that releases are managed efficiently and effectively using Intune, and will bring quality assurance and testing into the process.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate releases across all platforms, including notebooks, virtual clients, and Mobile devices.
Utilize Intune and Allianz Tools to ensure releases are harmonized and managed efficiently.
Develop and implement processes and automation to streamline release management.
Ensure quality assurance and testing are integrated into the release process.
Collaborate with various teams such as Global Change management to ensure successful release management.
Monitor and report on release progress and performance.
Identify and resolve issues related to release management and oversee defect management our provider
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in release management seen as beneficial.
Strong knowledge of MS Intune and its capabilities.
Expertise in process development and knowledge about automation.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and quality assurance practices.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in managing releases for notebooks, virtual clients, and Mobile devices.
Knowledge of industry best practices for release management.
Certification in release management or related field.
Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
Certification in relevant areas such as ITIL, PMP, or Agile (e.g. Scrum.org)
