Job Summary:*
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our Human Resources function and drive organizational excellence. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR management, with expertise in talent acquisition, employee development, and industrial relations.
Key Responsibilities
*Talent Acquisition:* Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
*Employee Development:* Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
*Industrial Relations:* Foster positive relationships with employees, management, and trade unions.
*HR Policies:* Develop, implement, and review HR policies and procedures.
*Compliance:* Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
*Employee Engagement:* Drive employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity.
*Performance Management:* Implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance.
*Employee Relations:* Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues.
Requirements
10-15 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
Postgraduate degree in HR or related field.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of driving HR initiatives and improving employee engagement.
