Sap Testing Consultant

Job Title: SAP Testing Senior Consultant /LeadConsultant

Experience: (6 10) Years Job Location: Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune,Mumbai & Delhi.

Role Overview: As an SAP Test Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of SAP testing experts, leading SAP testing projects, and driving service development and continuous improvement in our testing services.

You will play a crucial role in pre-sales activities, stakeholder management, and business growth within the Quality Assurance domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the line manager for a large team of SAP quality assurance professionals.

• Lead one or multiple SAP testing projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines and budgets.

• Develop and improve testing services, methodologies, and best practices.

• Participate in pre-sales workshops and contribute to new business development in SAP Quality Assurance.

• Manage stakeholders across SAP projects, including both customer-side and NTT DATA teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong background in SAP performance testing with hands-on experience in at least one of the following tools:

o Tricentis Neoload

o OpenText LoadRunner

• Experience with at least one test management platform such as:

o SAP Solution Manager

o OpenText ALM o SAP Cloud ALM

o TestRail o Xray

• In-depth understanding of performance monitoring on SAP systems.

• Basic knowledge of ABAP and SQL

. • Strong grasp of E2E SAP processes and methodologies for test management, test automation, test data management, and interface testing.

• Experience in managing testing engagements for international clients; experience working abroad is preferred.

• Proactive mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills in client facing roles.
