Developer III – Enterprise Solutions (Salesforce Developer)

Job Title: Salesforce Developer
Experience Range: 5-6 Years
Hiring Location: Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderbad, Pune, Noida, Kochi & Trivandrum

Must-Have Skills
Salesforce Development:

3-4 years of experience in Salesforce coding using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and LWC (Lightning Web Components)

In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Flow Implementation and Apex Managed Sharing

Strong experience in Salesforce Integration using SOAP/REST, Platform Events, Bulk API, Metadata API

Experience in at least 4 Lightning Projects using Aura framework and/or LWC

Platform Skills:

Proficient in SOQL, Triggers, Apex Classes, Visual Studio, SFDX, Data Loader, and JavaScript

Implementation expertise with Process Builder, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Reports, Dashboards

CI/CD & Deployment:

Experience with CI/CD tools like GitHub, GitLab, Copado, Bamboo, ANT Migration Tool, Change Sets

Admin & Configuration:

Strong understanding of Salesforce Administration including user creation, role/profile setup, security settings

Hands-on experience with customizing/configuring SFDC objects, data fields, layouts, workflows, etc.

Certifications:

Mandatory: Platform Developer I, Salesforce App Builder

Preferred: Platform Developer II (all modules), Advanced Admin (ADM301), Sales Cloud Consultant

Soft Skills:

Strong communication skills to interact with USA-based onsite teams

Ability to take ownership, problem-solve, and deliver multiple technical approaches

Good-to-Have Skills
Experience in multiple Salesforce offerings: Service Cloud, Community Cloud

Exposure to ETL tools such as Informatica, Boomi, Cast Iron, or Mulesoft

Experience with database development using SQL/PLSQL, schemas, and stored procedures

Familiarity with HTML/CSS, JavaScript frameworks, and web services integration

Previous experience in working with Salesforce Communities or mobile apps (Salesforce1)
