Key Responsibilities:
Job Posting: Advertising job openings on platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
Screening Resumes: Shortlisting candidates based on job requirements.
Conducting Interviews: Initial screening (telephonic/video) and coordination for further interviews.
Candidate Engagement: Keeping applicants informed and engaged throughout the hiring process.
Offer Management: Negotiating and releasing offer letters.
Onboarding Support: Assisting with joining formalities and documentation.
Skills Required:
Communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
Understanding of labor laws and recruitment compliance in India
Strong networking and negotiation skills
Knowledge of various hiring platforms and sourcing strategies
