Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Manager located in Hyderabad. The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding top talent. Day-to-day tasks include managing the recruitment process, collaborating with hiring managers, developing and implementing recruitment strategies, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The Recruitment Manager will also be involved in performance tracking and reporting on recruitment metrics.

Qualifications

Experience in sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding processes
Skills in developing and implementing recruitment strategies and collaborating with hiring managers
Proficiency in tracking and reporting recruitment metrics
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Experience in the IT industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
