Job description
In this role, you will:
Support performance of less experienced staff and overall effectiveness of team
Proactively provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools with Sourcing
Perform complex contract negotiations and supplier relationships of high risk or complexity with significant impact to the business strategy
Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to less experienced staff
Interact with executive management, vendors, and third party lessors or manufacturers on negotiation, savings, service improvements and problem resolution
Provide direction and guidance to less experienced staff
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Sourcing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
