Factory Supervisor Ghp India Services

We are looking for a Factory Supervisor to oversee daily operations and manage manpower at our Pipes Manufacturing Unit located in Deri Skaner, Dadri, Greater Noida.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle and supervise factory workers and daily manpower.
Maintain discipline and ensure safety protocols are followed.
Coordinate with factory management for shift planning.
Resolve manpower-related issues on-ground.
Ensure timely completion of work as per production targets.
Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 1 year of experience in manpower handling / factory supervision.
Should be from Greater Noida / Dadri / Deri Skaner or nearby.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Basic understanding of factory operations and labour handling.
