HCLTech, Lucknow Hiring For EMC Data Domain Cybervault

Responsible for Implementing, Supporting and Troubleshooting VXblock,VxRack Nutanix, Vmware, Sap Hana,Oracle,SQL, Postgres with DELL EMC Networker Data Domain. Configuration and Implementation knowledge on Cyber vault M tree replication to Vault from Production with DELL EMC Networker & Data Domain. Disaster Recovery knowledge from the vault Data domain Trouble shooting knowledge on Cyber vault backups and recovery 8 -12 years experience with Networker, Data DomainVMware/ Enterprise Virtualization technologies.This experience should include the planning, deployment, configuration and administration The candidate should have basic knowledge on Scripting. The candidate should have deep technical expertise in the use of Data Center products and their use in the design of Converged Infrastructure through Network, Compute, Storage and Virtualization architecture. In addition, IT people/process consulting knowledge and experience, Operations experience and working knowledge in implementing backup tools management . Provides proactive recommendations to the customer for improving maximize their satisfaction with the backup solutions. (1.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies (2.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases (3.) To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans. (4.) To independently resolve tickets and esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team. (5.) To provide support for on call escalations orL3 level support and doing incident and problem management (6.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts and conducting interviewsorparticipation in hiring drives.
