Job Description

HCLTech – Technical Lead Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India

Design and develop performant, SEO-friendly, and responsive frontend applications using Next.js.
Build reusable components and pages using React and Tailwind CSS following atomic design and accessibility best practices.
Integrate frontend with headless CMSs (e.g., Amplience, Contentful), e-commerce engines (e.g., SFCC, Shopify, Magento), and PIM/DAM platforms (e.g., STIBO, Orange Logic).
Implement omnichannel features such as store locator, in-store pickup, promotions engine, and personalized content modules.
Optimize page load speed, image rendering, and core web vitals for both mobile and desktop users.
Work closely with backend engineers to integrate APIs, GraphQL, and microservices in a decoupled environment.
Collaborate with UX designers, QA, and marketing teams to enable flexible content publishing and campaign rollouts.
Follow CI/CD workflows, write unit and integration tests, and contribute to code reviews and deployment planning.
Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive UI development.
Experience with Tailwind CSS, component libraries, and design systems.
Strong knowledge of headless CMS, API-first architecture, and integrating REST/GraphQL APIs.
Familiarity with SEO, performance tuning, Lighthouse audits, and web accessibility (WCAG).
Experience working in e-commerce environments with omnichannel.
