JOB TITLE : Maintenance In-Charge

DEPARTMENT : Maintenance

LOCATION & BUSINESS UNIT : Sandila, Hardoi | Packaging & Container

REPORTS TO : Factory Head

Job Highlights

Candidates with prior work experience in the paint or related industries, in the location applied for, will be preferred

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Install, Maintain, and repair electrical control, wiring and lighting systems.
2. Read technical diagrams and blueprints.
3. Perform general electrical & mechanical maintenance.
4. Inspect transformers and circuit breakers and other electrical components.
5. Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate of testing devices.
6. Repair and replace equipment, electrical wiring, or fixtures.
7. Good hands in handling breakdown of Air Compressor, Chiller, Chiller, Electrical Oven, etc.
8. Can Create maintenance procedures, Plan and carry out scheduled maintenance.
9. Supervise contractors, and engineering and technical staff.
10. Order specialist components, fixtures or fittings and mange the record of such spares.
11. Ensure that machinery, systems, infrastructure, and equipment run optimally with minimal downtime

EDUCATION/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: 8-10 Year’s

Experience of Injection Moulding Plant

Required: Diploma mechanical / Diploma in Machine maintenance from Cipet
