Human Resources Executive

As our HR Executive, you’ll be the friendly face and trusted partner who supports our people at every stage. You’ll bring fresh energy to our HR & Operations department, making every workday smoother, more vibrant, and more meaningful for everyone.

What You’ll Do:

Championing our recruitment process: finding and welcoming incredible team members
Creating a warm, supportive onboarding experience that helps new hires feel at home from day one
Keeping our HR records and databases organized and confidential
Working on payroll and benefits so our people are taken care of
Coordinating fun and engaging employee events that build team spirit
Being a go-to resource for staff, always ready to help with a listening ear and a problem-solving mindset
Supporting performance appraisals and development programs for career growth
Organizing training sessions to strengthen skills and encourage learning
Ensuring our workplace is compliant, safe, and inclusive – where everyone’s voice matters
Preparing HR reports and contributing to process improvements across departments
Stay informed about industry trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to seize new sales opportunities

What We’re Looking For:

Driven by empathy, with a passion for helping others
Someone with great organizational skills who loves to keep things running smoothly
Communicates clearly and uplifts others with positivity
Handles sensitive matters with care, discretion, and integrity
Open to technology, learning new HR systems and tools
A proactive problem solver who thrives in a dynamic work environment
Experience in HR is a plus, but attitude and willingness to learn matter most
Comfortable using MS Office and digital platforms
