Job Description: As a Turf Installation & Maintenance Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, installation, and upkeep of sports turfs at client sites, primarily in and around Gurugram. This is a field-oriented role that requires a blend of technical knowledge, project coordination, and client handling.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise turf installation projects from start to finish Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams Monitor site activities to ensure timely and quality execution Ensure compliance with sports standards and turf specifications Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of installed turfs Provide post-installation support to clients for maintenance queries Maintain inventory of materials and equipment on-site Prepare reports, site documentation, and billing records Represent the company during client meetings and site visits
Qualifications: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Horticulture, Sports Management, or related field (not mandatory for deserving candidates) 2–5 years of relevant experience in sports turf installation, landscaping, or infrastructure projects Familiarity with artificial turf systems and natural grass care Proficiency in project coordination and vendor management Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office is an advantage Strong communication and negotiation skills Must be based in or willing to relocate to Gurugram Willingness to travel to project sites across NCR and other regions
