Academic Counsellor

Full job description
We are looking for a dedicated and result-oriented person to join our team at the Borivali center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students and their parents through the admission process, providing detailed information about our programs, and ensuring a smooth and supportive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inquiries from prospective students and parents through calls, emails, and walk-ins.

Provide detailed information about the courses, fee structure, and admission process.

Counsel students and parents to help them understand the benefits of the programs offered.

Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into admissions.

Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups.

Coordinate with the academic team to ensure a smooth admission process.

Participate in promotional events and campaigns to attract new admissions.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any field (Education background preferred).

Prior experience in sales, customer service, or counseling (Experience in the education sector is a plus).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent persuasion and negotiation abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
