The Role Seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (Area Sales Manager – Grow 5) to drive growth and build las ng client relationships. Ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record of identifying and closing new business opportunities
Experience : 5 to 10 Years of CorporateInstitutional Enterprise sales Experience
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation and Qualification: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calls, email outreach, networking, and attending industry events to drive business growth.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure seamless delivery.
Sales Presentations and Proposals: Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that demonstrate a clear understanding of client requirements, highlighting the value proposition and competitive advantage.
Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements that meet business objectives, ensure compliance, and mitigate risks.
Sales Activity Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM systems to track progress, identify trends, and inform sales strategies.
Market Intelligence and Trend Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities, maintain a competitive edge, and drive innovation.
High desirable skills
Bachelor’s degree with 5-10 years of corporate/institutional/enterprise sales experience.
Telecom/IT/Office Automation sales background necessary.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to build and nurture client relationships.
Results-driven with a strong track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated team player with proficiency in CRM/MS Office Suite.
Willingness to travel as needed.
