What you’ll do
Designation: Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager – Structure Design (R&D)

Job Location: Greater Noida

Tools/ SW: CAD: Unigraphics, UGNX.

Required Experience: 6+ Years

Education: B.Tech/ M.Tech (Mechanical/ Machine/ Design) preferably from NITs / IITs.

Job Summary: Technology & Product Development in Product Category of Air conditioner.

Should have:

Experience in Design & Development of New concepts for Air conditioner, Good knowledge of New Product development [NPD] including the systems level and the Required Tools.
Sound Knowledge of Press Die & Molded Parts Designing including the Tooling. Able to lead project and guide team member.
Use of design / analysis software to get first time right designs (concept making modeling PT validation)
Experience in generating new USP idea.
Experience in converting VOC to engineering voice
Well versed with manufacturing processes, Line Process, Quality Tools, prototypes Technique and testing.
Development / maintenance of design data base & Understanding of Bill of Material (BOM) structures
Good Analytical/Troubleshooting skill, Must Familiar with Six sigma & its Tools.
