Job Description:

As the India Talent Acquisition Leader, Associate Director at Crowe LLP (C3 India Delivery Centre LLP), you will lead our end-to-end recruiting strategy and operations across both campus and experienced hiring in India. This role is pivotal in shaping our talent acquisition function to attract, engage, and retain top talent that aligns with Crowe’s mission, culture, and growth strategy.

You will lead a dynamic team of recruiters to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes while driving innovation and operational excellence in talent acquisition. As part of the broader global TA leadership team, you will collaborate closely with business leaders in both India and the US to align recruiting efforts with organizational goals and future workforce needs.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute comprehensive campus and experienced hiring strategies to meet business needs across all service lines in India. Align recruitment efforts with short- and long-term business priorities and growth objectives.
Team Management:
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of recruiters. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Partnership:
Partner with business leaders to define role requirements and deliver strategic hiring solutions.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
Utilize talent analytics and market intelligence to inform recruiting strategies, identify talent trends, and provide insights to senior leadership.
Technology and Innovation:
Collaborate with global TA and Talent Analytics teams to evaluate and implement recruiting technologies that enhance efficiency, reporting, and scalability.
Employer Branding:
Work to elevate Crowe’s employer brand in India through digital campaigns, events, and social media engagement.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s Degree preferred.
Professional Services Firm experience preferred.
Minimum 14 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership or people management role showing team leadership.
Proven success leading recruiting teams in dynamic, growth-oriented, and/or professional services environments.
Strong understanding of both campus and experienced hire recruiting landscapes in India.
Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management, workforce planning, and TA strategy development.
Experience with recruiting technologies, analytics, and process optimization – Workday preferred.
Strong communication, relationship management, and influencing skills.
A data-driven, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
