Academic Counsellor
Key Responsibilities:
– Make 150+ cold calls per day to potential learners and working professionals.
– Pitch and sell Certybox’s courses, including Data Science, Project Management, Cloud Computing, and more.
– Understand customer needs and suggest suitable courses.
– Follow up with leads via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
– Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
– Maintain CRM records and report daily performance.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead conversion.
– Target based job. Those who are interested can apply.
Requirements:
– 0-2 years of sales experience (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
– Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
– Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude.
– Ability to handle rejections and work in a target-driven environment.
– Prior experience in edtech or telesales is a plus.
