Role: Academic Counsellor
Experience: 3 to 5 years

Key Responsibilities:

Interact with prospective students and parents via phone, email, or in-person.
Understand student requirements and provide appropriate course/career guidance.
Explain course details, structure, duration, and benefits.
Follow up with leads, schedule counseling sessions, and close admissions.
Maintain records of interactions and conversions in CRM.
Meet weekly/monthly admission targets.
Key Skills Required:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Persuasive and target-driven
Prior experience in education counseling / inside sales / telecalling is preferred
Good command over English and local language
Comfortable with CRM tools and basic MS Office
Qualifications:

Any graduate / post-graduate
