Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Academic Counselor to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students in making informed academic and career decisions, offering tailored program recommendations, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with prospective students via phone, email, or chat to understand their academic goals and aspirations.
Provide detailed information about courses, curriculum, career outcomes, and enrollment processes.
Identify the needs of students and suggest suitable academic programs accordingly.
Maintain regular follow-up with leads to ensure timely enrollment.
Achieve monthly enrollment targets and KPIs.
Maintain and update student records in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the academic and operations teams to improve student experience.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (mandatory).
Minimum 1 year of experience in academic counseling, ed-tech, or a similar customer-facing role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working night shifts.
