Position: Academic Counselor

Location: Mumbai
Experience: Minimum 6 months (Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply)
Age Limit: Up to 32 years
Salary: Up to ₹55,000 per month
Working Days: 6 days a week
Timings: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM
Education: Graduation is mandatory
Communication: Excellent communication skills required (English & Hindi)

Roles and Responsibilities:

Counsel prospective students and working professionals about various UG/PG programs offered.
Understand customer needs and guide them through the course selection and admission process.
Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and SMS to achieve enrollment targets.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to the students.
Conduct career counseling sessions (telephonic/video/in-person) to understand the candidate’s aspirations and provide appropriate course solutions.
Maintain and update CRM with lead details, follow-up notes, and status changes.
Convert inquiries into enrollments by explaining benefits, addressing objections, and building trust.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of students.
Participate in training and development programs to stay updated with products and counseling techniques.
Meet weekly and monthly admission targets set by the management.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 – ₹55,000.00 per month
